Terms & Conditions

VALIDITY OF PLANS

  • All quotations, packages, and PI shared by Pixel and Process are applicable for a 1-month service plan, unless otherwise mentioned.

  • Renewals or continuation of services after 1 month shall require fresh approval and payment by the Client.

DOMAIN & HOSTING

  • A free domain for 1 year will be provided if the Client avails website designing services from Pixel and Process.

  • After the free one-year term, domain renewal and hosting charges shall be borne by the Client.

  • Pixel and Process will not be liable for any loss of domain/website due to delay in renewal payments by the Client.

HRMS USAGE & CHARGES

  • HRMS is provided as part of the package plan with a limited number of employees/users (25) as defined in the proposal.

  • If HRMS usage exceeds the allowed employee limit, the Client agrees to pay an additional charge of ₹2,000 per employee.

  • Pixel and Process reserve the right to suspend HRMS services if additional charges are not paid on time.

ADVERTISING AND CAMPAIGNS

  • Advertising and campaign budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are not included in the package.

  • The Client is responsible for determining and approving the advertising budget.

  • Pixel and Process will execute campaigns only after receiving the full advance payment for ads and campaigns.

  • Pixel and Process is not liable for ad performance, as results depend on factors beyond its control, such as market conditions, platform policies, competition, and audience behaviour.

PAYMENTS TERMS

  • Payments for ads and campaigns are to be made in full and in advance.

  • Delayed payments beyond 15 days may lead to suspension of services, without affecting Pixel and Process’s right to recover dues.

  • All advance payments are non-refundable.

CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Both parties agree to keep all project-related and business-related information confidential.

  • Pixel and Process will not share Client data with third parties without written consent, except when required by law.
